Over the past couple of weeks the thought has slowly crept into my head that it's been far, far too long since I heard some actual, honest hip-hop. Well, I can finally put my mind at ease with Rapsody's latest "Generation," a track featuring a classic in Mac Miller, the perfect hip-hop backdrop vocals in Jared Evan, and the absolutely untouchable production of 9th Wonder, who is high on top of his game for this beat. Rapsody is one of the (if not the) most talented emcees out there - and notice I didn't say "female emcees." She has the ear for beats and the lyrical flips to stand with the best.
