We don't need to reiterate the ingenuity Australian artists portray, so we're not going to. With that said, we stumble upon another producer from the parts today who tickles our fancy; and, embracing a priceless appellation, Raph Lauren paints his ideal version of the season on his latest piece, “Home”. A cheeky female vocal cut makes its way into unanticipated sections on the track, and gives an appealing complexion that's accompanied by spacey stabs and some astutely offset drums. Raph then appoints an array of ever-changing percussion to fortify said drums, and decides to further precipitate the effort with startling inclusions of a vocalized saw-synth. These endless blankets of future sounds and crafty effects certainly make for an exceptional listen, and with a detailed pair of cans, you'll be sure to experience the true essence of the piece.
