RAMÓN, a new artist from Oslo, Norway, may not be getting any attention yet, but the second you hear his vocal, you'll come to understand the buzz he's about to get. "Underwater", the track we're sharing here, is the first ever from the Norwegian, and it's really all you need to hear to realize his potential. He's an impressive vocal range, and he's also the kind of stylish vocal inflections that will attract anyone in love with the genre he's partaking in (R&B). It's not clear to us if the track is self-produced (we would be extremely impressed if it is), but, even with just his voice, we're going to peg RAMÓN as another newcomer to watch.
