Although it's been a 4 month layover since Rainy Milo serenaded over the Chet Faker produced, "Deal Me Briefly", the UK songstress is back today to drop her new effort, "Rats" The new single is leading off her forthcoming debut album that's due sometime in 2014. Although "Rats" does not feature the high-profilings of Chet Faker handling the production, newcomer Caswell slides in to provide Rainy Milo the proper backing to lift up the phantasmagorical vocals of the 17 y/o singer.
