Rae Morris is staying busy in 2014. In May, she released her EP, Do You Even Know, followed that up in July with the Cold, and now, this fall, the UK-based singer-songwriter is dropping another EP, Closer. The self-titled, lead single was the first track released from the new body of work yesterday, and was heralded by Zane Lowe (of BBC) on his well-known "Hottest Record in the World" series. Like every other track Rae's released, "Closer" is the embodiment of triumphant pop. But where this effort differs from her previous releases is in the upbeat nature of the track; it's a nice change-up from what we've heard, but it's still everything we love from the UK singer.
