The last we heard these two together was 2004 with 'The Harvest'. I will always remember the amazing track 'A Little Something' from that release. Its good to see these two talented dudes back together again with new material. Qwel is the MC and Maker is the producer. These guys have been around for a while with their successful Chicago based label Galapagos4. Qwel has teamed up with many producers but they never seem to stack up to Qwel w/ Maker. Maker really sets the bar high with his work on this album. Its easy to come to that conclusion after listening to these 2 songs from 'So Be It'. Qwel's flow is very impressive over the reggae skank influenced 'Back Stage Pass'. You can get this album right now from itunes HERE.
