Purrple is the musical project of Sky Adler and Jay Bends, who provide production and vocals, respectively, on their debut track, "Tide", that also features the raps of Term K. It's quite the genre-bending debut, we must say, as the aforementined duo combines hip-hop percussion with quirky pop and nostalgic "Mr. Sandman" sampling on the light-hearted, especially intriguing listen. It's an effort filled with promise for their future prospects as artists, and though the effort only lasts two minutes in length, it'll have you itching for more material from them.
