Promises Ltd. is a collaborative project between Chrome Sparks and Miniature Tigers' lead singer Charlie Brand, and if you're not familiar with either, that's OK. Their second song, "American Eyes", was just released today, and it's the kind of effort that's going to win you over the second you hear its first note. There's an easy-to-love vibe throughout this one, and, being that it's the middle of summer right now, a track such as this one is really hitting at the perfect time. When their first EP hits August 26, you'll definitely need to make sure you scoop it up.
