POWERS have come armed to teeth with each of their releases thus far. They've continually brought the sonic goods unlike so many of their artistic peers, and they've developed a consistent ability to be simultaneously appealing and catchy as well. That's rarer than you think it is, and it's testament to just how polished these two are. With several quality singles behind them, the duo today is releasing "Hot", the lead track off their new EP, Legendary, that's out October 23 through Republic Records. It's again a high-octane piece, searing with pop-sensibilities, and over-the-top with energy, but those are all the qualities we've come to characterize these two with. They're at their best when they're enthusiastic like this, and their new piece here proves that to be the case.
