There are few things in this world that excite us more than seeing a new track from our favourite artists, and this week saw us absolutely giddy at the prospect of hearing the latest single from quintet Phoria. They are a band that we hold in high regard, as evidenced by our glowing review of their Display EP released last year, and we are glad to report that “Melatonin”, their new track, sees them continue their form in a spectacular way. Opening with a similarly incongruent percussion track that has helped define their previous work, Phoria begins to shape what could be described as their most lively track to date. "Melatonin" sees the band continue to develop the same dense musical textures that have echoed throughout their atmospheric catalog, and we have again because of that a beautiful and enthralling work. Phoria is continuing to work on their debut album, and until that's out, we recommend you get caught up on their previous work available on iTunes.
