Peter Bjorn and John have always been a creative force with their music through making infectiously catchy songs that is almost impossible not to like. For example their most well known song, 'Amsterdam' from their third album from 2006, Writers Block. You can't tell me you don't like that song. And ok yea its been over played by that dude with the same ipod playlist for the last 5 years. But regardless, we all remember our first time hearing Amsterdam. In 2009 PB&J released Living Thing and now are back with a new album. Gimme Some unfortunately did not stick on me through a first listen, although it did not go with out its gems. To me Second Chance, Eyes, May Seem Macabre and Cool Off were musically bigger stand outs than the rest. Usually if an album has 4 songs that you leave on your playlist it is most definitely worth checking out. You can do so on March 29th.
