Dpat has no regard for those of us wishing to get a good night's rest. He decided to release another piece of his last night at a time we Westerners were either winding down for the night, or already in bed, and naturally having to check out everything of his out, we were obliged to engross ourselves in the effort despite the late hour it was released. (We're done bitching now.) As anyone with a knowledge of Dpat's music would expect, the "piece" of his—a remix of fresh, JMSN-signed producer Pearl's "I Know"—is lovely. It's tranquil, serene, shimmering, and a whole host of other adjectives, too, but what you need to know most is that it's better in your ears than out. We've seen the kind of downtempo R&B expressed on the effort appear increasingly frequently of late, but we're not complaining. When Dpat's at the helm of the sound, anyway, we know we're going to be treated to something amazing, and this track of his is every bit so.
