Peach Tree Rascals keep threading the needle between rap and indie pop without ever sounding like they are trying to. "Popeye" with AG Club has that loose, off-the-cuff energy the Bay Area collective does better than almost anyone right now. The hook sits low and easy in the mix. Worth your time.
