PB Kaya is another new vocalist to emerge from the UK, and where she differs from the rest is in her approach. There's nothing particularly gimmicky about her aesthetic, she's no major players behind her (to our knowledge), and she doesn't have a hyper-polished pop sound to attract the masses. Instead, she has a kind of boldly elegant sound that you can gravitate naturally toward, and with solid production from Corduroifs behind her (he's one half of Designated), "Turning Over" is a first original work definitely not to miss.
