From the collective that brought us Wyatt's surprising, blog-buzzing debut EP comes the next artist emerging from the Milwaukee-based upstart label, CLLCTIVE, PALMCO, who, instead of infusing indie-folk into his sound, finds it rooted in more downtempo territories. Located in Jacksonville, Oregon, the singer-songwriter and producer has only been releasing music on his SoundCloud page for a month, but from the quantity of tracks uploaded in such a short amount of time, we're suspecting Mitchell Winters (PALMCO) has been honing his craft for longer than it looks.
