Well, this is certainly a lovely track from an equally charming duo. "Little Memory" by new New York-based duo Overcoats is a soft and wonderfully paced ballad, and there's no doubt that it's going to take off in popularity once more ears get around to getting a grip on it. Quiet, captivating melodies make sure that this will be the case, and though the production behind the beautifully harmonized voices is noticeably understated, what we do hear from them (the vocals) makes it perfectly OK that this is the case. We see in a write-up about the duo that they've a debut EP coming out in May after first opening for favorite Nick Hakim on April 25, and those two facts by themselves should be enough to generate all the excitement needed to keep these two on your radar moving forth. They'll certainly be on ours.
