In case it hasn't been obvious, we've been pushing a lot of the electronic-based production in the last year or so. This is of course with good reason, but if you were around HD in the early years, you would have seen us stick to more of the hip-hop oriented production that stayed rooted in that arena. Today, we're going to take a trip back to such times with the new EP, Isteri, from the French hip-hop instrumentalists, Ours Samplus. It's not that we still don't appreciate this style of production, it's just that you don't see it much anymore, so to hear Ours Samplus doing it so well is really a great refresher. As it looks right now, Ours Samplus is about as obscure as it gets, so hopefully with the good looks the highlights will give the below, these guys can get some deserved attention.
