Over the years, there's been a significant slowdown in new, emerging talent from Seattle that we've felt has the potential to blow up. Otieno Terry, a new singer-songwriter and producer from the area, however, might be about to change that perception of ours, because he's in possession of a sound that's worthy of being spread. Why do we think that all? Well, Otieno just released his first-ever track, "There Is No More", and, as our sample of his, we're pretty impressed. His sound is led by his hypnotic, wavering vocal, but where his music goes above and beyond is with his songwriting and accompanying haunting, schizophrenic production. It's dynamic in a way rarely heard, and it makes us excited to hear what he has to share next.
