Oakland producer, OSØ, tells us through SoundCloud not to take his recent "5iveAm" effort seriously, but we're going to pretend not to have seen that warning, because we are, in fact, taking it seriously. It's one of the more appetizingly downtempo productions we've heard in a while, teeming with sharp percussion, synths, and gently layered samples to actualize an atmospheric vibe suitable especially for late nights and early mornings. That's no reason not to listen to the spacey effort now and throughout the day, though; it's an audible experience warranting your delving into immediately and often.
