Many of our favorite songs nowadays are more timely than timeless, but that's not the case at all with Canadian singer-songwriter Oscar Louis' debut, "Your Call Is Important to Us". Reminiscent of late-'60s and early-'70s art-pop, the tune summons nostalgia through classic-sounding instrumentation and warm vocal harmonies, yet, it still possesses plenty of modern elements to avoid being labeled a throwback. Oscar impresses with this solo endeavor, and we look forward to hearing a lot more soon!
