Open Mike Eagle is an emcee from the Project Blowed (Abstract Rude, Myka 9, Aceyalone) camp from LA and Unapologetic Art Rap is his debut album. His brand of hip-hip is self described as 'art rap' and is really quite entertaining. The music is progressive and pushes the boundaries on the creative front on hip-hop.
