Production outfit OJIxVOLTA ("OxV" for short, and consisting of Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist Oji and Puerto Rican producer Volta) is one that we've not featured yet on HD, but we're thrilled to reveal their robust, futuristic sound via a collaboration with none other than the incredibly eloquent pop artist, Jon Bellion. This isn't the first time that these two have worked together; it's been just one month since the debut of OxV's well-received official remix of Bellion's "All Time Low"—a rework that could have passed for an original itself, given its quality—and we're excited to have them now positioned on the very same work. It's become clear that that successful product inspired the creation of this brand-new original track, and the natural magic of the production and vocal pairing is still very much apparent. OxV keep your ears perked with their especially crisp and warped future-bass production, stealing your attention in the same way that Bellion's own extremely original, eclectic vocal style that's helped with his appeal. OxV and Bellion are definitely two-for-two at this point, without question, after this work, and here's to betting that the game plan is for them to keep making music together that sounds as great as this.
