Oh Wonder

All We Do

It's the first day of a new month, and anyone paying attention to any music blog worth their salt knows that that means a new Oh Wonder (formerly "Wonder Wonder") track to listen to and get excited about. The London duo has been dazzling with every effort they've put forth since their August debut, and now that they've seemed to establish a (successfully) nostalgic indie-pop sound, it was perhaps decided with their fourth release here that they'd try something a bit different, sonically speaking. That difference comes in the form of subtractive, rather than additive elements, and on "All We Do" (the new and fourth single of theirs), we're graced with keys and light, harmonized vocals—that's it. The sparse effort is, of course, a beautiful one (Oh Wonder seems to be incapable of making anything less), and the bare-bones approach contrasts ever so nicely with those that have come before. "All We Do" stands obviously enough as another win for the two, therefore, and we kindly demand that you check it out below.
