ODESZA has teamed up with Thissongissick.com to open the door to an abundance of fresh takes on their standout “Say My Name” track from In Return, and the subsequent remix contest has brought hundreds of artists out of the woodwork in search of sonic notoriety. Now, RAC's not a name needing to come out of anything, but he's decided to put his own spin on the track, and we're sure glad he did. He's taken a divergent route with his interpretation, producing an almost entirely new sound, and the result is utterly unforgettable. Fortunately for the other contestants, he's not entering into the contest (he's told us since the time of this post that he made the remix for his band), and that's a very good thing, because quite frankly, we believe his work would vault to the top and come away with top honors. The remix contest is open now until October 27th, when the top tracks as voted on by fans will be selected as winners.
