The UK has been a growing force in rap for numerous years now, and Octavian is one of the artists leading that charge. The French-born rapper made waves a few years ago with solid singles, and he since has teamed up with Mura Masa, A$AP Ferg, and Diplo. After winning the BBC Sound of 2019, he's dropped his second album, Endorphins, and, to put it simply, it's fire.
