Noosa's on some kind of a roll. We've been doused with the singer-songwriter's material over the past week, privy to track after new track of hers taken from her forthcoming Wonderland LP (releasing May 20th), and we've been enjoying the efforts far more often than not. "Sail" continues the trend, serving as the latest in her string of successive releases, and although it's not new in the technical sense (it appeared on her self-titled EP in 2012), it's been remixed and remastered for slight sonic enhancements throughout. Her springy sound remains almost entirely intact (as it should), the poppy production remains pristine throughout, and the lightly driving guitars do their magic again on the involved instrumental front. "Sail" is everything we remember it being, essentially: alive, inspirited, and outdoors-ready; and it serves as another stupendous side to what indie-pop majesty Wonderland is shaping up to be.
