We first met the German-born, Los Angeles-residing singer-songwriter, NoMBe, four months ago with his impressive debut, "Seminole", and now he's back with a new track, "Waves", that furthers the promise we originally spoke of. Now, this "promise" we speak of is not one that's going to appeal to everyone. NoMBe's definitely a niche listen, but, like his last track, "Waves" proves to be another very interesting listen regardless of your sonic preferences. With the perfect backdrop of drug-induced, head-swaying melody concoctions floating alongside NoMBe's softly spoken, easy-on-the-ears vocals, the track makes it seem like you're in a dream that just gets weirder and weirder. With that being said, NoMBe makes sure it's one you're going to want go right back into.
