The internet is responsible for some pretty impressive things. The fact that it can bring two artists who have never met together to create something like "Nothing Calms My Mind" is so remarkable. The release in question brings together the genius of producer Patrick Zeinali and vocalist Jordan Cailoa to form Nightseason, and, as it's their debut track, we have to say we're pretty impressed. It draws on influences of electronic and indie-rock, and, between the gritty soul of Cailoa's voice and the surfy, inky production that Zeinali has crafted, the two have struck gold with this project here. "Nothing Calms My Mind" is the first track off Nightseason's debut EP, out later on Noon Pacific.
