After landing the second spot on Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2014, Sydney resident Nicole Millar joins forces with neighboring artist Zuri Akoko on a bold overhaul of 50 Cent's unfading effort, "21 Questions". The cover is part of a three-piece release by the two that also includes remakes of Shlohmo's "Bo Peep" and Mya's "Like Wo", but we'd liked the 50 Cent rendition the best, so that's the one we have here. Their piece will certainly elate any electronic fans instantly, as we see employed clean, R&B-tinted chords alongside break-filled, structurally-distinct drums. Millar, as we already know, possesses vocals that are instantly recognizable, and she impresses greatly on the piece with a sultry overtone to her tone throughout. If you're impressed by this particular cover, head over to SoundCloud and check out the other, aforementioned pieces we've mentioned from the body of work.
