Crooked Cobbles is a production-newcomer, with only two remixes to his name (no originals), and his following, although microscope at this point in time, is destined to rise with this wondrously dynamic remix of Natasha Kmeto's "Prideless". The effort begins in simple-enough fashion, with electronic nuances paving the way for Natasha's all-encompassing vocals, but give it about a minute, and starry percussion enters the fold, competing with the aforementioned indie-soul singing for your attention. However, half a minute later, there's a completely unexpected breakdown on Crooked Cobbles' behalf, and it's as enchanting as it is purely impressive from a musical standpoint. Well-integrated elements, synths, and sampling afterwards take the track to higher heights yet, and though 5:29 may seem a bit long for an effort of this nature, rest assured, there's intrigue awaiting every sonic turn.
