Irish singer/songwriter Mykel is coming out of the gate swinging with his highly energized production that dips into elements of alternative, folk, acoustic, electro and even dub-step. His debut EP (Hold On) will be released on April 15th, but now until the day of the release you can stream the entire EP via Soundcloud. "Hold On" was the big stand-out from the EP. It starts off sounding like a folky acoustic song, but just over a minute in, things take a drastic left turn into a demonic state of intense electro. It's definitely an interesting track.
