When you come across a SoundCloud account with three followers (now four, including our contribution) and a bio declaring themselves a "bi-coastal music project by two buddhist anarchist space boys", you have every right to be equal parts intrigued and skeptical. When taken at face value, however, "Lavender & Dandelion", their sole track, is a simple, lovely tune with a whimsical, soothing charm that lingers for a few minutes and leaves you with unanswered questions but intrigue as well. So while we don't know anything about these two self-proclaimed "space boys", we'd argue that their first output here has effectively transferred us someplace else. EDIT: This is what the duo had to say about themselves after we hit them up: "We're a bi-coastal duo, based in LA and Brooklyn. We come from the worlds of soul and electronic. Our debut EP will be released later this season."
