London-based MTMBO has been creating soul-heavy pop for over a year now, and while most of his past works have barely crossed the two-minute mark, there's little questioning the amount of potency packed into each. MTMBO's latest track, "The Hill", is his lengthiest to date, and it's also arguably his best. Employing a simplistic backdrop on the piece, MTMBO let's his unique timbre glide through, and his poignantly delivered lyrics create a beautifully downcast tone throughout.
