Who is Mt. Si., you ask? Good question, because we have no idea, either. What we can tell you, though, is that this band has some ties to well-known names (from what we can see). RAC follows them on SoundCloud, and in the last hour, we've seen reposts of their tracks form the likes of Classixx and Kisses. Regardless of their mystery, though, it's the music that's taking the focal point here, and if it's dream-pop with an experimental side you want, Mt. Si. is exactly what you need. Their sound is led by the airy vocals of a yet-to-be-named female vocalist, and she commands your attention with an angelic tone that is ever-so-gracefully adjacent to the free-flowing, triumphant production that is, in its own right, unique and vastly impressive. So while time will tell who Mt. Si. really is, for now, just get to know these two fantastic tracks of theirs.
