Like a nightmare that turns out to be just an ominous dream after all, Scottish rock-instrumental group Mogwai's new single "Remurdered" is eerie, churning, laced with something more than the surface promises, and all together very, very intriguing. The group have announced the release of their new LP Rave Tapes for early 2014, which they co-produced with longtime collaborator Paul Savage. Whether you're a fan of Mogwai's music or not, I highly recommend giving this one a go. Like a lot of their music it's a pure instrumental, leaving the lyrics aside to focus solely on the sounds. Lyrics are a make or break for a lot of people, but make sure to take a listen regardless - this is one hell of a rock-electonrica instrumental, and is nothing short of a pure work of art.
