It’s been a minute since we last checked on Milo Greene’s musical talent, but today, we're reminded of the five-piece's sonic skill set with their first release in over a year. “White Lies” is the name of the new track, and on it, the sole female member of the group, Marlana Sheetz, takes point, utilizing her soothing voice throughout. The instrumental behind the mentioned vocal work has a delicate and captivating aura about it, and we’ve really only come across the kind in a select few artists in recent times (Stella Santana’s “Friends” comes to mind with its similarly ethereal sounds). We’ve a knack here at HD for an artist who doesn’t reach out for our ears with electric slams, and Milo Green fits the bill perfectly, much to our liking. “White Lies” is an early single release from the group’s forthcoming sophomore album Control.
