If you want a heavy-sounding remix done properly, you holler at Hippie Sabotage. Period. This once-secret was leaked to everyone in the industry after their massive remix of Tove Lo's "Habits", and now, the latest to benefit from the coffee-lover's bass-infused remixes is Mikky Ekko, an artist who's seen his track, "Smile", get the always-incredible remix treatment from the pair. Like most Hippie Sabotage remixes, there's nothing to be disappointed about; the brothers never make the second effort lesser than the original, and instead, sauce them up enough to make the original artist look almost insipid in comparison. Case in point is that when you look back at Mikky's initial track (after listening to Hippies' remix here), you're going to gravitate towards the new version, and as far as remixes go, you can't ask for more than that.
