New York's midnight (sometimes stylized and abbreviated as "mdnt") lacks no amount of heat-packed seduction in the delivery of his new single, "Overflow", from his upcoming EP, XII Labors. Lyrically, the track is overt and unconcealed, but as with all of midnight's falsetto-ridden works, sexual undertones are always cast in a velvety, tasteful light. The vocalist and skilled songwriter enlists European producer and Moving Castle Collective member JAILO for smooth yet broken beat-laden production, and, though minimal, the soundscape builds in dance-worthy fashion, making "Overflow" quite the versatile release that will certainly garner widespread appeal.
