"Protest Song" has that movie soundtrack-esque epic feel to it that gets you feeling like something big and world-changing is about to happen. That is the exact feeling Blastar must have been trying to attain as the full track with the vocals seems to be (it's in French, so it would be presumptuous to tell you exactly what it is about) about getting people to rise up as a group and fight for what's right. This beat is just begging for someone to destroy it with great rhymes and while Medine does a good job in the full version, French rapping doesn't do it for everyone in North America and it would be great to see someone else take this and make an English version. Regardless, it stands its own as an instrumental as well.
