Meare has had his share of success in 2013, dropping two resplendent remixes of Nicole Millar and Spoonty, which in turn has helped him evolve as a producer immensely. The Sydney-based ace has been fairly silent the past few months, however, only appearing with his spontaneously dropped two-track EP, courtesy of the French-based label, Birdy Tweek Recordings. "Eyes On” is the piece that transpires effortlessly amongst the two, as Meare stylishly tosses a slick vocal chop into an already evolving beat we easily got into. Also included in the effort is a rise to a thrilling, pitch-shifting build, followed by a downright spacey drop. The Aussie further impresses on the beat, working in an extemporaneous yet thoughtful manner, incorporates a surplus of his signature synths, while tweaking them continually to prompt multiple listens. It's a lot of goodness going on on it (if you can't tell), and should be enough to segue your interest into the rest of the EP which you can find HERE on Bandcamp.
