If we were to judge up-and-coming Sydney act Maya Keane solely based on her album covers, we would automatically assume she's an overbearing, fairly generic electronic sound. However, after listening to her latest single, "Before I Ever Met You", we are given the polar opposite, for the act's delicate vocals in tandem with minimal, genre-bending production is quite enjoyable and refreshing indeed. She currently has a mix of originals and covers on her SoundCloud page, it seems, and although her originals have not able to attract attention enough, we think her newest effort here will help to turn a few more heads.
