The tendency for artists within groups to go solo is natural, and, although he's still very much a part of BADBADNOTGOOD, keyboardist/singer Matthew Tavares is now exploring his solo ambitions as "Matty". His debut single, "Embarassed", is a Beach Boys/Tame Impala-esque soft-rock throwback, and it's one you're likely to enjoy, for sure.
