Matilda Mann has been delivering understated, emotionally precise indie pop for a few years and 'Glass Ceiling' might be the fullest realization of that so far. The piano-led production doesn't overcrowd her vocal, which remains the best thing in the room. Lyrically she's operating well above her years. Keep an ear on her.
