The new collaboration between Masta Ace and MF DOOM caught the early release date today on itunes a month and change ahead of its scheduled release date of July 17th. Son of Yvonne sees Ace back on his classic storytelling album steez with the estranged mc/producer MF DOOM, handling all of the beats. Son of Yvonne takes us on a visual trip to Ace's childhood growing up in NYC in the early 70's. Check out some highlights below and then proceed to grab the rest of the album on itunes.
