Mark Johns has finally returned from her soulful, groovy single, "BTFU (Mommy Issues)", to release two tracks off her highly anticipated new EP, Monlino. The project in all includes six tracks, and the teasers we are getting today, "Molino" and "Before You", indicate some refreshing music will be coming from the act. Though these tracks are tackling a more depressing subject matter, Johns is able to sneak in some optimism into the songs as well. Her smoothly auto-tuned vocals work well with the experimental, quirky, and refreshing production we're getting here, and the contrasting vibes definitely boost the two cuts with extra appeal. Every detail has been meticulously placed within these songs, and we're excited more than ever to check out the full project when it arrives October 28. (It can be pre-ordered on iTunes today.)
