Marika Hackman has been patient with her debut album. It was three months ago that she released the first single from it, "Drown", and now with We Slept At Last just over a month away from its release, she's now sharing its second single, "Animal Fear". Marika's music is refreshing. It's gorgeous, well-manicured, and easy to enjoy, too, and as "Animal Fear" shows, she's a penchant for keeping moods light despite the particularly somber-leaning tone the track finds itself on the edge of.
