Marian Hill has always been near and dear to our hearts. We've been covering their sound since our initial exposure to it earlier in the year, and there's really been nothing in the way of translating their uploads into our posts about them. We find much to love about their slightly alternative indie-pop sound, and their consistent quality is just the cherry on top of their ever-evolving creative catalog. However, it's not another original of theirs that we've highlighted here; rather, a remix of their track, "One Time", that's been bolstered by trap rhythms and reverberating bass by Brooklyn producer, Marce Reazon. The sonic flair he supplies doesn't overwhelm the original's core sound in any way, though; it actually works amazingly well alongside Marian's vocals, which are tampered with only sporadically throughout. Marce's inclusions do stand out for all the right reasons, however, and we're enjoying his effort as much as the original itself.
