Marcellus Juvann recently appeared on VH1's Signed, and, at the end of it, he signed to The-Dream's Radio Killa Records with Roc Nation as management. This was news to us, as we just stumbled upon his name on SoundCloud like we have with so many artists on this site, and his single here, "A Week Ago", comes from his freshly released Carpe Noctem EP.
