Mano's Daughter has an EP already under the belt, but we've yet to come across any material of theirs music until this point. We think we're catching on to them at just the right time, though, because with their brand-new single, "What's A Girl Supposed To Do", we find the London-based trio achieving quite the sound on their engaging effort. "What's A Girl Supposed To Do" starts out as a slow-moving pop ballad before bringing on an unexpected surge of intense electronic, but soon afterwards, we see the return of the mellow vibes that graced the start. The rest of the track sees a constant contrasting of the two styles, though (with a slight bias towards the latter) but each work expertly together to compliment the track's wholesome sincerity. We found ourselves attached to the various builds and spikes of sonic energy, and when we found out that the UK group will be releasing their second EP, Shiver, on August 11th, there was no chance we were going to let the track (or the anticipation attached to it) slip through the cracks.
