In Japan the craft of hip-hop beatmaking is a serious deal. When you have given the world the likes of Nujabes, DJ Krush, Shin Ski, Himuki, Kenmochi Hidefumi, Vee (+ many more we're probably missing), it's clear that Japan has a divine gift for giving the world such lauded talents. You can also add the Japanese producer, Mabanua to that list simply based off his production on his massive standout track, "Live Show" from his 2008 album, Done Already. With the addition of Akil The MC of J5 and the smooth crooning of singer, Pupa Don, "Live Show" is one of those hidden gems that should never be tucked away into the abyss of never being heard, so please do us a favor and take a listen to this UG classic.
